With the High Profit 80/20 Plan, nurses are more independent and handle more of the details on their own. But, they still have the support of NursesPro to:
- Negotiate your bill rate
- Set up your insurance (workers’ comp, malpractice insurance, liability insurance)
- Finalize contracts
- Handle labor disputes and workplace issues, should any arise
- Offer benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision and 401K (at an additional cost)

Nurses are only eligible for the 80/20 plan for one contract term per hospital.
