80/20 Plan
 

Nurses Pro is able to offer this unmatched percentage of our bill rate to the contract nursing professionals for three reasons:

  • You’re doing the majority of the workload by locating your own assignment
  • You’re setting up your own housing and travel arrangements, licensing logistics and fees, and covering your own travel and relocation costs
  • You’re utilizing your own relationships to establish Nurses Pro as a provider of high-quality travel nurses to the hospital


With the High Profit 80/20 Plan, contract nursing professionals are more independent and handle more of the details on their own. But, they still have the support of Nurses Pro to:

  • Negotiate your bill rate
  • Set up your insurance (workers comp, malpractice insurance, liability insurance)
  • Finalize contracts
  • Handle labor disputes and workplace issues, should any arise
  • Offer benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision and 401K (at an additional cost)
  • Pay weekly and deduct payroll taxes

Our traveling professional nurses on the Nurses Pro High Profit 80/20 plan are earning an average of $55.00  per hour.

Contract nursing professionals are only eligible for the 80/20 plan for one contract term per hospital.
