With our Flex Plan, you could average between $30 and $40 an hour and get
housing assistance.
With the Ease & Comfort of the Flex Plan, Nurses Pro is responsible for:
- Finding you comfortable, furnished housing with paid utilities for yourself (companions, children, spouses, and pets are welcome) that is close to the hospital where you will be working**
- Providing reimbursement or advances for travel costs and license processing fees
- Offering benefits such as health insurance, dental, vision and 401K .
- Locating your assignment, and offering you with choices of locations and pay rates
- Handling the logistics of any licensing necessary for you to work in the new location
- Providing bonuses on top of your hourly pay
- Paying weekly and deducting payroll taxes
Our traveling nurses on the Nurses Pro Easy & Comfortable Flex Plan are earning an average of $30 to $40 per hour.
**Professional nurses can elect to opt out of paid housing. Declining paid housing adds approximately $10-15
more per hour to the nurse’s pay rate.
